Reviews and Ratings
I had a good stay at this hotel with its clean and renovated onsen. The food was absolutely delicious, but be warned, it's quite isolated, so you'll need to dine at the hotel. While I appreciated the helpfulness of most staff, a few seemed a little distant. Also, some rooms aren't really accessible for those with mobility challenges. The prices have increased after the acquisition, but I hope they maintain their affordability.
I had a very good experience at this hotel. It’s renovated with a great clean onsen that I really enjoyed. The people were nice and friendly, but the location is quite isolated, meaning dining options are limited to the hotel. While some rooms were comfortable, I noticed they aren’t all barrier-free, which could be an issue for those with mobility challenges. The rates have increased since joining the Mystays chain, but I hope they maintain their good value.
I had a very good experience at this hotel. The Onsen was fantastic and the food was delicious, but I do want to note that it’s located in a quite remote area, making it necessary to dine at the hotel most of the time. Some rooms may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges, and there were a few staff members whose demeanor seemed less welcoming. Overall, it's a great place if you're willing to deal with these quirks for the sake of comfort and meals.
I had a really good time at this hotel with a fantastic onsen and delicious meals. The staff were generally nice and helpful, but I did encounter some who weren't very customer-friendly. Just a heads up that the hotel is quite isolated, so you'll probably be dining in-house, which can be a bit of a downside. Also, some rooms aren't suitable for those with mobility challenges, which is important to consider.
This hotel offers a very good experience with a clean and renovated onsen. The staff is generally nice and helpful, and the food served is delicious. However, do keep in mind that it's located in a remote area, so dining options outside the hotel are almost non-existent. Some rooms also lack accessibility features, which might not be ideal for everyone. The price did increase after being acquired by a new hotel chain, but I hope they can maintain their affordable offerings.
